Rachel Jacobson

Interim Vice President, Human Resources

Rachel Jacobson came to Motricity in April 2011 through the acquisition of Adenyo and has been the interim vice president of human resources since August 2011. Throughout her career, Ms. Jacobson has successfully driven organizational development and created high performance cultures including at several technology start-ups. In addition, Ms. Jacobson has extensive experience with designing and implementing strategic initiatives in the areas of talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement. Ms. Jacobson graduated from Western University and holds professional diplomas from Humber College and the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto.
